1. Do I always have to send you my Eyeglasses?

Yes. We will analyze your eyeglasses and determine all your optical measurements. We than use your optical measurements to manufacture your new lenses. Your lenses will than be custom fit to your frame, without the frame there could be no exact fit.

2. How long does it take to make my new lenses?

From the time we receive your eyeglasses, it takes us about five working days to manufacture your lenses. Generally you should have your eyeglasses back in a week. Special lens tratments such as anti-reflective or mirror coatings may add a few days.

3. What is your guarantee?

Your satisfaction is very important to us, and with this offer, you have our guarantee of enjoyment with your new eyewear. We guarantee complete accuracy on all prescription lenses or they will be replaced at no charge.

Prior to shipping your eyeglasses, they are double checked for accuracy with our computerized lens analyzer. In the event of changes beyond our control (such as Doctor prescription error), we will replace your lenses at 50% of the new purchase price plus shipping and handling. However, every situation will be reviewed on an individual basis to ensure your complete satisfaction.

4. What should I ship my glasses in?

Any small box is satisfactory. Priority mail boxes from the post office are a good choice. UPS, FedEx, and United States Mail are all suitable delivery services.
